Google Scholar library links
There are two options for searching and accessing items from SWH Library in Google Scholar.
Accessing the direct link to Google Scholar can be found on the Library's homepage.

Setting up library access links via Google Scholar
- Visit Google Scholar
- Go to the Menu at the top left corner of the screen
- Select Settings
- On the next screen, choose Library links
- Enter South West Healthcare in the search box. Run the search
- Tick the box next to South West Healthcare - FullText@SWHLibrary
- Click Save



Google Scholar Button - Browser Extension.

The Google Scholar Button is a browser extension that enables easy access to full-text articles from any web page.
- For the best results, link SWH Library to Google Scholar (instructions above) before using the button.
- The extension is available for Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
- Visit Google Scholar
- Go to the menu at the top left corner of the screen
- Select Settings
- On the next screen, select Button
- Click on Install Scholar Button to look up papers as you browse
- You will be taken to the site enabling you to install the browser extension
- Follow the steps on the site to complete the installation

Using the Google Scholar Button
- Highlight keywords, citations, article titles, or authors on any webpage
- Click the Google Scholar Button in the browser (top right next to URL bar).
