| Description: | Pictured is an example of a Graduation Certificate from Warrnambool & District Base Hospital, Training School for Nurses circa 1960's. In this example the certificate was presented to June Edith Cooper. The certificate reads, "This is to certify that June Edith Cooper having attended the prescribed Course of Lectures, passed all Examinations and completed Three Years of Training at this Hospital is now qualified to be registered as a General Nurse." Signatures of President, Manager & Secretary, Hon. Medical Officer and Matron follows. Also included is a loose leaf Warrnambool & District Base Hospital, Nurses Pledge. |
