| Description: | Pictured is an example of a Graduate Certificate from Warrnambool and District Base Hospital, Saltau Memorial Midwifery Ward. This Certificate was presented to Annie Ilma Osmond. The certificate reads, "This is to Cartify that Annie Ilma Osmond has received Instruction in the Special Work of the Midwifery Department of this Hospital for the period of six months and, after due examination, was found to be competent to discharge the duties of an Obstetrical Nurse". Followed by signatures of the President, Secretary, Examiner, Matron and of the Nurse graduating. The border is made of imprinted golden flakes. |
